This ongoing solar project is being developed for a large warehouse and logistics facility located in the Ahmedabad–Sanand industrial corridor. The facility's extensive rooftop presented a significant opportunity to generate renewable electricity while helping offset the energy demand associated with warehouse lighting, material handling systems, office operations, and other daytime loads.
The project began with a detailed assessment of the warehouse roof, including structural conditions, available installation zones, shading, access requirements, and electrical infrastructure. Based on the assessment, our engineering team developed a 500 kWp rooftop solar design optimized for the facility's daytime consumption profile. The layout accounts for existing rooftop equipment and required service corridors while maintaining efficient module spacing. Installation is being carried out in planned phases to maintain warehouse operations and ensure safe movement of personnel and equipment throughout the construction process. Once commissioned, the system will include real-time performance monitoring for generation tracking and operational oversight.

The large warehouse roof required careful planning around structural limitations, ventilation equipment, access points, and ongoing logistics operations. The facility operates throughout the project, making safety and construction coordination particularly important. The solar layout also needed to balance maximum rooftop utilization with sufficient maintenance access and safe movement across the installation area.
The engineering team developed a phased installation strategy based on detailed rooftop mapping and structural assessment. The 500 kWp system was divided into manageable installation zones, allowing construction activities to progress without disrupting warehouse operations. High-efficiency modules, commercial-grade inverters, organized DC cabling, and coordinated AC integration form the core of the system. A centralized monitoring platform will provide visibility into generation and system performance after commissioning.
Once commissioned, the 500 kWp rooftop solar system is expected to provide a substantial source of clean electricity for the facility's daytime operations. The project will convert previously underutilized rooftop space into an active energy asset while helping the warehouse reduce its dependence on conventional grid power and strengthen its long-term sustainability strategy.

The planning process has been thorough and well coordinated with our warehouse operations. The team has taken the time to understand the site and work around our operational requirements. We are looking forward to the system being fully commissioned.
